Buildia is a construction and  project management group based in south-east Queensland.

Led by Director Trent Rowell, with a 20 year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, for private sector and government clients. 

Buildia has managed crews of up to 150 in multi-million dollar residential projects, mining accommodation, development initiatives and a variety of other construction projects. 

Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions. 

Buildia is a family business and includes his Wife, Mother and Father behind the scenes.

The director, Trent's  career in the construction industry began in the demanding and prestigious boat building industry and has progressed to management of multimillion dollar projects for national outfits.    

The Buildia team is headed by director Trent Rowell. Trent has held  construction management Roles for the past 15 yrs.  

He has delivered an impressive variety of multimillion dollar projects ranging from Development Management to Lead roles in construction. 

His eye for detail is driven from the high level of finish required in the luxury Boat Building market where he started his working career.

Trent has spent the last 6 years successfully building multi residential complexes in SE Qld as well as commercial and industrial builds. In his career he has spearheaded projects up to $75 million dollars  in the Mining and industrial arena.

Trent ensures his long lasting relationships with his colleagues and Sub-Contractors is always of the highest priority, with most working along side Trent for more than 5 years and some up to 15
