Fifth Avenue was delivered as a construct-only project, comprising a rare collection of just 10 architecturally designed residences positioned beside expansive parklands. Inspired by the prestige of New York’s iconic Fifth Avenue bordering Central Park, each home was carefully brought to life with generous proportions, elevated finishes and a strong focus on light, openness and functional contemporary living. The result was an exclusive park side address within a low density residential setting, offering a refined lifestyle defined by space, sophistication and connection to nature.

The project was delivered through an introduction by GPS Finance, a Brisbane based private lender with over 30 years of experience supporting residential construction projects across South East Queensland through its established investor funded lending platform. Delivered under a construct-only contract, the project was completed slightly behind program but within budget, with a strong outcome in build quality and finish that met client expectations.

Buildia successfully delivered Parqway Albany Creek as a design and construct development, transforming the site from initial demolition and civil works through to the completion of a 49-townhouse boutique community. The project included full end-to-end delivery, incorporating all infrastructure, civil works and shared amenities, resulting in a cohesive, high-quality residential enclave.

With strong market demand, the development achieved a complete sell-out within weeks of practical completion, reflecting the strength of design, execution and location in one of Albany Creek’s most sought-after riverfront precincts.
